Soranaflow 앱은 다음을 수집, 전송, 저장하지 않습니다:

이 데이터는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 어떠한 제3자에게도 전달되지 않습니다. 앱 내 라이브러리 초기화 기능 또는 ~/Library/Application Support/SoranaFlow/ 폴더 삭제로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Music library database (~/Library/Application Support/SoranaFlow/)
• Album artwork cache (~/Library/Caches/SoranaFlow/)
• Playback queue, playlists, bookmarks
• User settings (EQ presets, DSP configuration, etc.)
• NAS credentials (encrypted in macOS Keychain)

This data is never transmitted to the developer's servers or any third party. You may delete this data at any time using the in-app Clear Library function or by removing the ~/Library/Application Support/SoranaFlow/ directory.

The App connects directly from your device to the following third-party services. The developer does not proxy, intercept, or store any data exchanged. Your IP address may be visible to these services as part of standard network requests.

6.1 Google Analytics (GA4)

6.4 Web3Forms (문의 양식 / Contact Form)

문의 양식 제출은 Web3Forms를 통해 처리됩니다. 제출된 데이터(이름, 이메일, 메시지)는 개발자의 이메일로 전송되며 Web3Forms에 최대 30일간 저장됩니다. 처리 근거: 이용자 동의.

Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Submitted data (name, email, message) is sent to the developer's email and stored by Web3Forms for up to 30 days. Legal basis: User consent.

The Service is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

Under PIPA Article 35-2 (effective March 13, 2025), you have the right to receive your personal information in a secure, machine-readable format or request its transfer to another service provider.
