Reporting a Bug

Use our debug tool to capture a log file, then send it with your bug report.

  1. 1Download SoranaFlowDebugTool.zip below
  2. 2Unzip and open SoranaFlowDebug.app — make sure SoranaFlow.app is installed in Applications first
  3. 3SoranaFlowDebug will launch SoranaFlow automatically with logging enabled — reproduce the bug
  4. 4Quit SoranaFlow with Cmd+Q — a popup will confirm the debug log was saved
  5. 5Find SoranaFlow-Debug-[date].log in your Downloads folder and send it with the form below

Along with the log file, please include: what you were doing when the bug occurred, your DAC model (if applicable), and your macOS version (e.g. Sonoma 14.5).
